IRAKLION, Greece (Ticker) - Greek Super League team Ergotelis have bolstered its attack with the signing of Clint Mathis.
The 31-year-old United States striker signed a one-year contract with the Cretan outfit and could make his debut for the islanders on Sunday when they host Iraklis.
Ergotelis has struggled this season and are last in the league table after scoring only nine goals in 15 games. They have collected just nine points and are five points from safety at the halfway point of the campaign.
