22 year old Columbian forward Luis Carlos Cabezas may be on his way to the Big Apple (or New Jersey) to ink a deal with the Red Bulls. Juan Carlos Osorio apparently likes some qualities of the player currently playing in the 2nd Division of Colombian football.
